But I thought I'd post a new one in honor of one of the greatest men in my life, and his passing from this stage of eternity, my uncle, Jeff Norris.
Jeff played this song alot. He loved Keith Green.
He's with Jesus now, worshiping at the throne with his beautiful wife, living out what he dreamed about ever since he got saved in 1974. Him not being here in body anymore has impacted the community so much. Jeff had his hands in everything from managing his music store full-time, to pastoring a church "behind enemy lines" (as someone put it during his funeral), to organizing stage shows during the cities fall celebrations, and even single handedly running the counties "vote no to alcohol sales" campaign. Everyone feels lost without him. Even the funeral felt odd because people with questions about how to run stuff had to figure out who to ask, because Jeff was laying in a casket. But Jesus will show us as a community and the church what happens next. All anyone is really concerned about is carrying on the heart of Jeff Norris, which as close to the heart of Jesus as anyone I think I'll ever

Love you, Jeff. Can't wait to see what you see right now -- We'll worship with you soon!
